	F5 Untreated Structual Radiata Pine 02- Radiata Pine     F5 untreated Radiata Pine is a renewable plantation timber. Radiata Pine is the most environmentally friendly for building a new home or your extension. You can be confident that every stick has been quality assured. Radiata F5 MGP10 is ideal for use in the construction of wall frames and roof structures and for general indoor load bearing applications. Radiata Pine does not conduct electricity, heat or cold and wont rust, expand or contract. Timber is the only renewable building material. 	F27 Kiln Dried Hardwood 01- F27 Kiln Dried Hardwood     F27 Kiln Dried Hardwood is mainly Blackbutt however Spotted Gum and Blue Gum can be also scattered throughout. Extremely strong and stable F27 KD is ideal for structual beams, bearers and joists, window heads, stair treads and staircases. F27 doesnt shrink. F27 isnt Select timber however is known for its high quality and strength. Blackbutt is Durability 1 - outside above ground and is fire rated.
